I designed the Exhale identity to feel fun, friendly, and approachable. The app’s interface is intentionally simple, ensuring a seamless experience without distractions.
The logo’s distinct letterforms create a soft, welcoming aesthetic, setting the brand’s tone. A vibrant green is the primary brand colour, bringing a sense of freshness and clarity, while a dynamic secondary palette allows for vivid, complementary combinations.
At the heart of Exhale’s design is the orb, a core brand asset and a living guide for breathwork. It intuitively paces each breath, adjusts intensity, and provides cues for head movements in specific exercises, making the practice more immersive.
Each breathwork session is also shaped by colour theory, using carefully chosen tones and vibrancy to influence mood. Whether the goal is relaxation, energy, or focus, the colours work alongside the breathing techniques to create a more effective and personalised experience.
