June Pro is a modern sans-serif type family designed for clarity, flexibility, and everyday use. Available in 10 weights from Thin to Heavy, with true italics and a variable font option, it was built to work across brand identities, editorial layouts, digital products, and long-form reading.
The typeface grew out of my Masters in Type Design, where I explored the work of Adrian Frutiger and typefaces such as Avenir, Frutiger, and Univers. June Pro builds on that influence with a more contemporary feel, balancing clean, readable forms with subtle details that give the family its own character.

The aim was to create a sans-serif that felt clear, useful, and adaptable across different formats, with enough range to work quietly in body text and confidently in larger, more expressive settings. The family was designed around simple, readable forms, a wide weight range, and small typographic details that help it feel precise without becoming overly neutral.

June Pro includes true italics, drawn separately rather than created by simply slanting the roman characters. They are set at an 8-degree angle, slightly more upright than the 10 to 12 degrees often used in italic type design, which helps them feel gentler and easier to read in longer passages.
The letterforms include subtle changes in shape, rhythm, and construction, giving the italics their own character while keeping them closely connected to the wider family. This makes them useful beyond simple emphasis, especially in editorial layouts, brand systems, and more considered typographic settings.
